The French Seniors took place in its usual place at Golf de Chantaco, in the Basque area of France. The hospitality was fantastic as always.

The Lacoste family always deliver and provide the competitors with all sorts of goodies and events to encourage us to return every year. It's truly one of the best senior tournaments in Europe with over 100 taking part in the Trophee for hcps up to 6 and 60 taking part in the cup for hcps from 7 -11. Seven Midland Vets made the trip and we weren't disappointed, with 3 champagne cocktail parties and a fabulous dinner at the Grand in Saint Jean de Luz.

Andrea Stockdale finished 8th in the cup with Sue Pidgeon also qualifying. Sue Spencer was the best placed Midland Vet in 34th in the Trophee, with Felicity Christine and Caroline Berry doing well and producing excellent scores to finish 4th and 6th respectively.
